How Feelikins began
Feelikins began with a simple idea: caring for your emotions should not have to feel clinical, complicated, or embarrassing.
Sometimes self-care can begin with something much smaller—holding something soft, naming what you feel, taking one breath, moving your body, stepping outside, or reaching out to someone you trust.
We imagined a world of collectible plush characters that could make those small skills easier to understand and remember. Each Feelikin would have a distinct personality, an emotional story, and one simple self-care practice to share.
